The Order of Business is No. 1, motion re Asset Recovery Offices, back from committee, to be taken without debate on the conclusion of the Order of Business; No. 2, statements on the merits of farmers' markets, to be taken on the conclusion of No. 1, to conclude not later than 1.30 p.m., if not previously concluded, with the contributions of spokespersons not to exceed ten minutes, those of all other Senators not to exceed seven minutes, on which Members may share time, and the Minister to be called upon ten minutes from the end of the debate for closing comments and to respond to questions from spokespersons; and No. 3, statements on plans to improve water quality under the rural water programme, to be taken on the conclusion of No. 2, to conclude not later than 3.30 p.m., if not previously concluded, with the contributions of spokespersons not to exceed ten minutes, those of all other Senators not to exceed eight minutes, on which Members may share time, and the Minister to be called upon ten minutes from the end of the debate for closing comments and to respond to questions from spokespersons.
