I move.

That the proposal that Seanad Éireann approve the following Orders in draft:

(i) Regional Fisheries Boards (Postponement of Elections) Order 2007,

(ii) Fisheries (Miscellaneous Commercial Licences) (Alternation of Duties) Order 2007,

copies of which were laid before Seanad Éireann on 8 November 2007, be referred to the Joint Committee on Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, in accordance with paragraph (1) (Seanad) of the Orders of Reference of that committee, which, not later than 5 December 2007, shall send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 72, and Standing Order 74(2) shall accordingly apply.
