Previous speakers commented on the HSE and the health services. Most would agree many thousands of frontline and support teams provide tremendous health and social services to hundreds of thousands of recipients on a weekly basis and the issue is the administration of services and the role of the HSE. The jury is out on the functions and efficacy of the HSE.
