Just in case the Minister gets the idea to announce funding for this plan, as well as funding as a consequence of the loss of the Shannon-Heathrow route, one cannot spend the same money twice. He should lose any notions of doing so in the near future, especially since he has not been brought up to speed by his Department on decisions made about access.
