The Order of Business is No. 1, statements on the national drugs strategy, to be taken on the conclusion of the Order of Business and to conclude not later than 5 p.m. if not previously concluded; and No. 11, motion re crime, to be taken at 5 p.m. and to conclude not later than 7 p.m., with the contributions of spokespersons not to exceed 12 minutes and those of all other Senators not to exceed eight minutes.
