In light of proceedings thus far having taken so long to complete, we do not have sufficient time allocated for the Order for Second Stage and Second Stage of the Copyright and Related Rights (Amendment) Bill 2007. An hour will be needed for this debate and it is important that Second Stage be completed today. It is of the utmost importance to the Department that this is done. I ask colleagues to bear this in mind and I seek their co-operation in view of proceedings running so late.
