I might have missed that particular comment. He was the man who initiated the discussion regarding stamp duty. He indicated €3 billion was being collected that we did not need. That introduced a level of uncertainty into the property market and as a result of his proposals, the Opposition brought out proposals of its own. The Minister is perfectly entitled to disagree with them.
