Order of Business
11:00 am
Paul Coghlan (Fine Gael)
As matters stand, any party in any constituency can send out only one litir um thoghchán no matter how many of its members are running for election. This will affect the Leader and everyone else attached to a party. A party member must send out a letter jointly with one's colleague whereas an Independent candidate can sent out one letter devoted solely to himself. This seems to discriminate against party members and the Government should address it. If the Leader has a view on it, she might inform the House.
