Order of Business
10:30 am
Brendan Ryan (Labour)
I apologise if I have behaved in a disorderly fashion in the least way. I did not intend to do so. There is a serious issue about the housing market, the fact that it is not matching people's aspirations and that although it is failing, it appears as if the whole market is in trouble. Those issues deserve to be debated and I ask the Leader to organise the debate.
