I commend the Minister and the Department for bringing forward this worthwhile Bill. Would the Revenue Commissioners not alert the Department as opposed to the Department alerting the Revenue Commissioners? If material is coming through, would our sources of information be the licensed importer of the goods? How would the modus operandi work?
