That is why we have investment here because people are confident that they can invest without being suffocated by red tape. It is particularly important and it is being done here to ensure that small businesses at the lower end of the scale do not have to engage in an eternal rigmarole of sending in forms and not paying tax at the end of the day because they do not have to do so.
