Terry Leyden (Fianna Fail)

I welcome the Minister of State, Deputy Brian Lenihan, to the House. I commend him on his work as Minister of State with responsibility for children. The establishment of the Office of the Minister for Children was a wonderful decision by the Government and, in particular, by the Taoiseach. The choice of the Minister of State, Deputy Brian Lenihan, as the person with responsibility in this regard was a worthy one.
