This amendment proposes to replace the text of section 107 in order to clarify and simplify the position relating to future advances on a mortgage and the priority of such advances vis-À-vis other mortgages. It reflects the existing text of section 75 of the Registration of Title 1964, which it is now proposed to retain. Section 124 of the Bill, which would have amended section 75 of the 1964 Act, is now unnecessary and, therefore, I propose to delete it.
