The Order of Business is No. 1, a motion agreed by the Committee on Procedure and Privileges which sets out the arrangements for the address by the European Union ambassador to the United States, Mr. John Bruton, to Seanad Éireann on Wednesday, 8 November 2006, to be taken without debate; No. 2, statements on the sectoral plans in accordance with section 31(6) of the Disability Act 2005, to be taken on the conclusion of the Order of Business and to conclude not later than 1.45 p.m., with the contributions of spokespersons not to exceed 15 minutes and those of other Senators not to exceed ten minutes, on which Senators may share time and with the Minister being called upon to reply not later than ten minutes before the conclusion of the statements; and No. 3, Child Care (Amendment) Bill 2006 — Committee Stage, to be taken at 3 p.m. and to conclude not later than 5 p.m. There will be a sos from 1.45 p.m. to 3 p.m.
