Business of Seanad.

2:30 pm

Rory Kiely (Fianna Fail)

Order, please. There should be no interruptions, which are unfair to the Chair.

I have also received notice from Senator Feighan of the following matter:

The need for the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children to outline if the HSE has established a working group on organ retrieval and transplantation; the members and terms of reference of this group; and the date by which and to whom it is to report.

I have also received notice from Senator Coghlan of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Finance to immediately introduce the necessary ministerial order to alleviate the restrictive impositions of section 35 of the Credit Union Act 1997.

I have also received notice from Senator Ross of the following matter:

The need for the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children to call a halt to the underinvestment in Tallaght Hospital.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment. I have selected those raised by Senators Norris, O'Meara and Bradford and they will be taken at the conclusion of business. Senators Bannon, Feighan, Coghlan and Ross may give notice on another day of the matters they wish to raise.
