It is all about delivering services to more people. This initiative will increase the delivery of services and reduce the cost to the Exchequer. I appreciate that there will be concerns and some people may be afraid of what is new, but this has the capacity to work. It will increase the number of public beds and the savings made can be used elsewhere in the health service.
