I move amendment No. 15:

In page 16, before section 16, to insert the following new section:

"16.—The Minister may make regulations to allow any one of the following to join a foreign national employment permit holder:

(a) his or her spouse or partner;

(b) his or her children;

(c) any other members of his or her family.".
