Last week the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children and the Government received the report on the death of Mr. Pat Joe Walsh. As of yesterday, the family had not received the report or any details pertaining to it. Will the Leader ask the Tánaiste or the Government how soon the report will be made available to the family, or whether the Department of Health and Children or the Minister can communicate details of the report to the family to appraise it of the sequence of events that led to his death?
