I will be brief. I welcome the return of the train drivers to work and thank the mediator for his successful and professional input; indeed I welcome his return to work in the public interest, from which he had to temporarily step back last year.

On housing, in most of the towns earmarked for decentralisation houses are available at or below the national average.
