Order of Business.
Tony Kett (Fianna Fail)
Further to the points made by Senator Cummins, I call on the Minister for Transport to explain how CIE can purchase vehicles worth €16 million without considering the needs of people with disabilities. Last year we went through the Disability Bill here and the cornerstone of the debate was that Departments should think of disability when they make plans for the future. If this is the way CIE conducts its business we have a long way to go.
