Order of Business.
James Bannon (Fine Gael)
It was a bit rich of the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government to claim on radio yesterday that local authorities are awash with money because that is not the case. A significant number of infrastructural and sewerage schemes have remained on this Government's waiting list for the past decade and more. Shame on the Minister for making that statement on the airwaves.
