There is a long-standing precedent in this House that latitude be allowed to the group leaders. I remind Senators that while the time for the Order of Business has been extended by ten minutes, the purpose was to accommodate everyone who wishes to speak and not to over-elaborate on the reasons for raising a matter on the Order of Business.
