I ask the Leader for a discussion on the ESRI report at the earliest possible opportunity. I have not read the report so it is not fair to comment on it but I heard a representative of the group on "Morning Ireland". He let his imagination run away with him. He was looking at an imaginary situation that might develop in six or seven years. The construction industry needs our good wishes and support, it does not need not to be undermined. The attitude displayed today undermines the foundations of the building industry. I am sure he does not fully reflect the views of the ESRI but we should discuss it here. Maybe he was partying last night.
