Oncology Services: Statements.

Whether one lives on this or the other side of the Border, hospitals — this would apply to any hospital — cannot treat patients unless beds are available. Mr. Woodward, MP, is correct in saying "if there is a bed available" because nobody can be treated in the absence of a bed.
