Order of Business.

Mary O'Rourke (Fianna Fail)
I did not hear the Taoiseach's remark on that. One can take them or leave them; that is the way I feel about them.
Senator Browne raised the issue of the sugar beet industry and called for a debate on biofuels.
Senator Moylan wants to debate men's health. We would like to indulge all of the Senators. I agree with the Senator that there is a need for convergence on penalty points, North and South.
Senator Ulick Burke called for a debate on the ESB. Senator Ó Murchú called for a debate on due process, which is where I began by answering that I agreed. I know what he means. I feel the same.
