Irish Medicines Board (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2005: Committee Stage (Resumed).
4:00 pm
Feargal Quinn (Independent)
I thank the Minister of State for his remarks and I thank Senators Henry and Browne for supporting me in that area. I am delighted to hear what the Minister of State said. His heart is in the right place. I hope the intention is to find a solution to the problem. I take the Minister of State's other point too, that this involves a cost not only to the taxpayer but also to the individuals who pay for their own drugs. It is a worthy objective.
