No. 1, a motion regarding the commission of investigation into matters relating to and arising from the making of a confession by Dean Lyons, deceased, to be taken at the conclusion of the Order of Business and to conclude after 65 minutes, with the contributions of spokespersons and all other Senators not to exceed ten minutes and the Minister to be called upon to reply not later than five minutes before the conclusion of the motion; and No. 2, statements on Transport 21, to be taken at the conclusion of No. 1 at approximately 12.20 p.m. and to conclude not later than 3 p.m., with the contributions of spokespersons not to exceed 15 minutes and those of all other Senators not to exceed ten minutes, the Minister to be called upon to reply not later than five minutes before the conclusion of the statements.
