Terry Leyden (Fianna Fail)

I welcome the Minister of State to the House and wish him well in his ministry. I was in the Department for some time in the past and I must compliment the Minister of State for the work he is doing there. I also welcome the former Senator, Mr. Jim Ruttle, his son Robert and several visitors from the United States of America. Mr. Ruttle had a very distinguished career in Seanad Éireann and it is nice to see him here today.
