Standing Order 30.

11:00 am

Rory Kiely (Fianna Fail)

I have noted a matter of concern from Senator Brian Hayes under Standing Order 30:

That Seanad Éireann notes with concern the fact that many first-time house buyers cannot avail of stamp duty relief on the basis that they have received a small part-payment from their family towards the cost of their home.

The matter will be taken at 12.50 p.m.
