I thank the Minister of State for making this improvement to the Bill. We must ensure that unmet needs arising in each year are reviewed on an annual basis to ensure we keep up with service delivery requirements. We must ensure the staff and facilities required are available to supply the services and products people need. I welcome the improvement of the Government's amendment since last week as any provision in this area is helpful.
