I remind the House that the Chair has already ruled that the Committee on Procedure and Privileges can extend an invitation to anybody to address the House and it is a matter for the Committee on Procedure and Privileges only. The matter should be raised directly with the committee and not on the floor of the House. It would be appreciated if Senators would respect that ruling.
