Yesterday, Senator O'Meara raised the "Prime Time" programme on Monday evening about the tax exiles who pay no tax in this country. The Taoiseach said in the Dáil yesterday that the entire scheme was being reviewed but he said that two years ago. Has the Leader any information as to when that review might be completed? This amendment to the Finance Act occurred when the Taoiseach was Minister for Finance in 1994.
