We need to focus on the management companies which look after apartment blocks. Those who live in such apartments are facing a crisis at present. The concept of management companies is a new one for most people. That many people are failing to pay the necessary costs to such companies will have an enormous effect on the maintenance of apartments. If this problem is not tackled and legislation to deal with it is not enacted, there will be many tenement blocks in this country quite soon. I support the request for a debate on this matter.
