Senator Norris raised the issue of the abandoned child and asked why the Government has not ratified the Hague Convention 1993. We have signed it but not ratified it. Senator Brady raised the issue of the haul of drugs, cash and guns confiscated by the Garda in the north side of the city and asked for a debate on drugs linked to organised crime.
