I am quite sure that Senator Ulick Burke is every bit as distinguished. He wants the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, Deputy Roche, to explain the matter fully. Six out of every ten applications in Galway are refused. I do not like the tendency to dismiss applications as part of "bungalow blight". It is a matter of people looking for their rights.
Senator White spoke of child care. She is pushing the boat out, if the Cathaoirleach does not mind my saying so. The CE schemes have been revisited——
