I have received notice from Senator Bannon that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Finance to discuss the extension of the rural renewal scheme in County Longford for a further two years in light of the unprecedented number of development applications and the necessity for completion of current works.

I regard the matter raised by the Senator as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and it will be taken at the conclusion of business.
