I have received notice from Senator Tuffy that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources to intervene under the relevant industrial relations legislation to ensure as a prerequisite and in the context of any settlement with An Post and SDS workers that a commitment would be made to paying the Sustaining Progress increases and that arrears would be paid as a matter of urgency, including to pensioners.

I regard the matter raised by the Senator as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and it will be taken at the conclusion of business.
