The Order of Business today is No. 1, Criminal Justice (Terrorist Offences) Bill 2002 — Committee Stage, to be taken at the conclusion of the Order of Business until 1 p.m.; and No. 2, statements on the future development of An Post, to be taken at 2 p.m. and to conclude not later than 4.30 p.m. with the contributions of spokespersons not to exceed 12 minutes, those of all other Senators not to exceed eight minutes and the Minister to be called upon to reply not later than five minutes before the conclusion of statements.
