Business of Seanad.

10:30 am

Rory Kiely (Fianna Fail)

I have received notice from Senator Bannon that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs to clarify the position with regard to feasibility study funding for Ballymacormack Community Centre, Stonepark parish, County Longford, which would be the sole provider of recreational facilities for the youth of the area under the Leader programme.

I have also received notice from Senator Browne of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Foreign Affairs to clarify the period from which a passport must be valid in order for a person to travel outside the country.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
