Paschal Mooney (Fianna Fail)

I have great respect, bordering on a political affection, for Senator Ryan and I know his long record of championing the poor. However, he has cast an unacceptable slur on the Taoiseach, who is trying to forge a peaceful resolution to what is happening in Northern Ireland. Linking this issue with overseas development aid in order to suggest that the Taoiseach cannot be trusted is going beyond the bounds of fair comment.
