Iman al-Hams, a young Palestinian was murdered by the Israeli defence forces in October. The Israeli authorities exonerated the army officer whose own troops saw him shoot the child. There is a transcript of the radio conversations taking place when that happened which demonstrates quite clearly that this was deliberate, cold-blooded murder. If a Palestinian had done it we would quite rightly condemn it and the world would rightly demand sanctions against the Palestinian authorities because of their failure to control terrorists.
