That is correct and also Blanchardstown hospital. If Navan Hospital is downgraded more people will come from the hinterland of Dublin to use, for example, St. Vincent's Hospital. Given that Portlaoise and Nenagh hospitals have been downgraded there is no accident and emergency service between Limerick and Dublin. There is no accident and emergency service on the N7 on one of the major arteries of the country. There will be no maternity service between Galway and Dublin because Ballinasloe hospital will be downgraded.
