Will the Leader invite the Minister for Transport to explain the U-turn by the National Roads Authority on the provision of central crash barriers, particularly after the recent horrific pile-up on the M1? I do not understand what criteria the National Roads Authority has used up to now. There is a great hurrah for the new motorway to Cork, completed a year earlier than expected. However, there are no crash barriers in the middle of the road, which is dangerous.
