The Minister for Defence, Deputy O'Dea, and the Minister of State at the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, Deputy Batt O'Keeffe, now criticise the whole idea of incineration. I want to know what it is they know which the general public is not being informed of in regard to incineration. It is important we have an urgent debate on incineration. Both Ministers have stated incineration is dangerous to the environment, which we on this side of the House have known for a long time.
