I am always brief. There have been many differences between the Departments of Finance and Transport. Recently, there was a famous case of a severance package that had been approved by the Department of Finance but not by the Department of Transport. The Taoiseach assured us Government policy has not changed. He was referring to some of the more important issues and I accept that assurance. However, following the appointment of the new Dublin Airport Authority, how quickly will the badly-needed new terminal proceed?

Does the Leader agree, given her experience in this area, that there might be clarity on the question of the Great Southern Hotels whereby the Dublin hotel will remain under the control of Dublin Airport and similar arrangements will apply at Cork and Shannon Airports? Does she think decisions will be clear-cut and the remainder of the hotels will be sold individually, as expected?

I agree with the comments made by Senator Norris regarding the issue raised by the Cathaoirleach before I spoke. I will explain to the Leader privately what happened on a recent occasion.
