They are the words of the Minister's predecessor sitting opposite on the Bill before us today. I look forward to hearing her explanation for describing the Bill in that manner. One wonders if Senator O'Rourke is the real Opposition spokesperson on transport. Perhaps I have lost my role in that regard.
