Senator John Phelan spoke about the State pathologist and her working accommodation. This comes under the remit of the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform and I will raise the matter with that Department as well as the need to overhaul the system for managing traffic and preventing road deaths.

Regarding the State Airports Bill 2004, I ask Senator Phelan whether he expects that every Bill which comes before this House should be perfect. This Bill is not perfect and I proclaim honestly that I shall vote for the Bill. What would the Opposition have me do?
