I welcome the Minister. He stated that the enactment of this Bill is a further indication of the Government's commitment to the delivery of a reformed health service, which has as its objective the maximisation of the level and quality of care provided to patients and clients in the years ahead. He went on to state that he looked forward to hearing the views of Senators.
