There is an explanation on the Order Paper and it will be taken without debate, as it is being referred to a joint committee; No. 3, statements on autism (resumed) to be taken at the conclusion of the Order of Business and to conclude no later than 12.30 p.m.; No. 4, statements on the regulation of the financial services industry to be taken at 1.30 p.m. and to conclude no later than 3.30 p.m. with contributions of spokespersons not to exceed 12 minutes and those of other Senators not to exceed eight minutes and the Minister to be called on to reply no later than five minutes before the conclusion of the statements; No. 5, Interpretation Bill 2000, Second Stage, to be taken at 3.30 p.m. and to conclude at 5 p.m. with the contributions of spokespersons not to exceed 12 minutes and those of other Senators not to exceed eight minutes and the Minister to be called on to reply no later than five minutes before the conclusion of Second Stage; and No. 20, motion 20, to be taken from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. There is a Government amendment to motion 20 which did not make the Order Paper but which has been circulated separately.
