Order of Business.

It is important this issue is not dealt with in a cloak and dagger manner and that there is transparency. The public should be told the truth in terms of the location of such facilities. The Government is saying one thing and local councillors, in the run up to the local elections, are saying something else. We want the facts before the local and European elections.
